Refshalevej 96, 1432 København
Fine dining at its best with local ingredients. With the opening of Noma 2.0, René Redzepi has had a goal for the eye: rediscover the Nordic commodities and blow the framework for own knowledge. The year is divided into three seasons. In the winter, the kitchen sees the sea and serves a menu that exclusively caters for seafood. When spring and summer indicate their typical late arrival in June, it means that the menu takes a vegetarian turn. And when the time for vegetables and fruits eventually ends, it’s the wild and forest treasury that takes over.

The Flying Elk
Mälartorget 15, 111 27 Stockholm
Björn Frantzen is one of Stockholm’s most renowned chefs, probably more known for his two starred restaurant Frantzén than his gastro pub in Gamla Stan The Flying Elk. But the pub certainly strengthens his position on the food scene in Stockholm, providing us all with a great gastro pub with high quality food in a really nice venu in the historic setting of Gamla Stan (the Old Town).
